As we add more information, you will be able to access all of your files, maintenance requests and rental statements on your computer or your phone.   We will be updating the resident website over the next couple months and hope you are as excited about this new and improved system as we are.
 

We hope this will streamline the process and give you more control and information needed on a timely basis.

Please use the messages tab for ANY and ALL requests so that we can get back to you as soon as possible and you will be updated by the system as necessary.  You may still email personal questions or info directly to Kim, however all repair requests SHOULD come thru this system first.

We look forward to streamlining the process for applications and approvals with this new system, as well as giving our current owners, tenants and vendors an easier, more reliable way of communication.
